Google - First party data, measurement, consent, intelligence and audience activation in a Cookieless Future

  • Havas Media 3 Pancras Square London, England, N1C 4AG United Kingdom (map)

About this session

Google have announced that they will be deprecating the use of third-party cookies in their Chrome browser by the end of 2024 having pushed this deadline back in July, from 2023.

The third party cookie as the accidental identifier will no longer be available to advertisers and publishers to join up user journeys across domains.

Join us in the next in our series of events where we will discuss the impact of this in the ever changing and evolving cookieless landscape in media and explore some of the emerging solutions that will help us in the future.

In our next session, Managing Partner for Martech and Data Strategy at Havas Media, Bede Feltham will be joined by Paul Bennett and special guest Tim Collier, Head of Platforms Partnerships, UKI.

With Google at the centre of the advertising ecosystem and their Chrome Browser being the final death knell for the third party cookie, as we look towards a cookieless future, one we will all need to embrace, I’m sure we’ll have plenty to talk about with Tim in our next session.
